Why coat it

Bare concrete soaks up everything. A coated floor doesn't.

Oil stains, tire marks, salt, and moisture work their way into raw concrete and stay there. A properly prepped and coated floor seals the surface, holds up to daily use, and cleans with a quick mop.

Resists stains & chemicals

Oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, and road salt wipe up instead of soaking in.

Handles hot tires

Polyaspartic top coats stand up to hot tire pickup that lifts cheap kits off the floor.

Easy to clean

A sealed, non-porous surface gives dirt nowhere to hide. Sweep or mop and you're done.

Adds real grip

Flake and anti-slip additives give traction, even when the floor is wet from the rain.

What we install

Full-flake floors, built to last.

We specialize in one thing and do it right: full-broadcast flake floors. A tinted base coat, vinyl flakes spread edge to edge, and a polyaspartic top coat that seals it all in. Then you pick the blend.

Good to know

Questions homeowners ask us.

How long does a garage floor coating last?
A professionally prepped and coated floor holds up for many years of daily use. The diamond-grinding prep is what makes the difference. It's the step cheap roll-on kits skip, and it's why those kits peel.
What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy builds a strong base layer. Polyaspartic cures fast, resists UV yellowing, and handles hot tires better. We often pair them: an epoxy or base coat for build, with a polyaspartic top coat for durability.
How soon can I walk and park on it?
With most of our products, you can walk on the floor after about 24 hours and drive or park on it after 72 hours. We confirm the exact timeline for your specific job and conditions.
Do you really come out for free?
Yes. We measure your space, look at the slab condition, walk through finish options, and give you a clear flat price at no cost and no obligation.
Will it peel like the store-bought kits?
The kits fail because they're rolled onto unprepared concrete. We mechanically grind the slab to open the surface so the coating bonds into it. Proper prep is the whole job.
What areas do you serve?
Columbia, Multnomah, and Washington counties from our home base in Scappoose. If you're close to the edge of that area, call and ask.
